As an independent counsellor, I offer a 15‑minute complimentary phone consultation. This brief conversation allows potential clients to outline their current concerns, ask questions about the counselling process, and gain a sense of how therapeutic work might support their wellbeing.
The consultation is designed to help both client and counsellor consider how we might work together effectively, exploring whether the approach and relational style align with the client’s needs and goals.
What I offer
Individual counselling, couples counselling, and EFT (Emotional Freedom Techniques) sessions as part of my integrative therapeutic practice. Each modality provides a distinct yet complementary pathway for clients seeking emotional support, relational understanding, or embodied regulation.
My work is grounded in contemporary counselling theory, relational practice, and trauma‑informed principles. Whether working with individuals or couples, the focus is on creating a collaborative, reflective space where clients can explore their experiences, develop insight, and work toward meaningful change.
EFT sessions offer an additional somatic component, supporting clients in regulating the nervous system, processing emotional blocks, and integrating cognitive and emotional awareness. This approach can be used as a standalone method or woven into ongoing therapeutic work, depending on the client’s needs and preferences.

My counselling practice draws on a range of creative resources to support emotional expression, insight, and growth. These may include metaphor, imagery, journaling, and other experiential techniques that help clients connect with their inner world in a grounded, meaningful way. Creative methods are used as tools for reflection and self‑understanding offering alternative ways to explore feelings, relationships, and identity.
As an integrative counsellor, I work from a flexible, relational framework that combines elements of humanistic, solution‑focused, compassion‑focused, CBT, and mindfulness‑based approaches. This allows me to tailor therapy to each client’s unique needs, drawing from multiple perspectives to create a coherent, responsive process. My aim is to integrate evidence‑based practice with creativity and warmth, fostering a space where clients can explore both the psychological and emotional dimensions of their experience.
This approach values collaboration, authenticity, and the therapeutic relationship as central to change, recognising that healing often emerges through connection, curiosity, and the courage to engage with one’s own story.
